A microbiology laboratory is laboratory provides students to do practicum in microbiology, basic microbiology, microbiology food ingredient, industrial microbiology, and soil microbiology subjects. In research activities, we have some discoveries, such as thermostable enzymes that was isolated from thermophilic bacteria, the newest antibiotics, and also microbial biological agents and biofungicides. Beside that our laboratory also have business unit such as producing Fermented Food, Nata de coco, Combucha Tea, and Virgin Coconut Oil.
