Education expert from Padang State University (UNP), Dr. Fitri Arsih, S.Si, M.Pd. (Staff Lecturer at the Biology Department, FMIPA UNP) explained that bullying can be prevented if schools play an active role in promoting anti-bullying campaigns. Apart from that, according to him, schools can carry out supervision starting at the teacher level to see directly the patterns of social interaction carried out by students.

"Schools must collaborate with parents to campaign against bullying in schools. By signing a joint commitment involving parents, community leaders can prevent bullying," he stressed to the media Friday (29/9) in Padang.
