Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Five Padang State University (UNP) students who are members of the Student Creativity Program (PKM) team in the field of Community Service (PM) launched a unique program to strengthen food security and increase the entrepreneurial spirit of PKK Dasawisma women in North Sipora, Mentawai Islands Regency. The program implemented is called Talas Integrative Agribusiness. As the name suggests, this program consists of an agribusiness subsystem from upstream to downstream which will be implemented as an effort to build an entrepreneurial foundation to improve the economic welfare of the Mentawai community by optimizing taro as a local food commodity.
