Higher education is a container or place that can play a role in developing educational strategies. The institution is very necessary in building a nation's civilization, especially for the next generation.

Higher education is inseparable from the Tri dharma of higher education, which consists of Education, Research and Community Service. These three are important points in realizing the vision of the university. These three things are also the responsibility of all elements in Higher Education, including students, lecturers, and the various academicians involved.

Apart from that, students, lecturers, and various academics from the Department of Biology, FMIPA UNP, with the permission of the creator, carried out the Tri Dharma of State University in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra Province.
