MCE is an international educator certification issued by Microsoft. This test tests and certifies educators' competence in designing 21st century learning. This program is relatively new. Microsoft held this educational competency certification activity in line with the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Microsoft also has programs to improve teacher competence, such as mastery of ICT, learning design, and learning technology.
