Flamboyant (Delonix regia.)

Flamboyant has the Latin name Delonix regia. The height of the tree can reach 15 meters. This plant is native to Madagascar, Africa. Flamboyant flowers are large, with 4 dark red or orange red petals extending up to 8 cm. The flowers are bright red or orange and are very beautiful when in bloom. However, there are also rare varieties of flavidas with yellow flowers. Usually this flower blooms during the transition / transition season from the dry to the rainy season

Flamboyant is used as a shade tree because of its shady canopy, as well as a street decoration because the flowers are beautiful, especially when in bloom.
